      • Motion - Erica moves to allow the use of sloops and techs on the night of Rhythm and Booms, July 3rd.  These boats would be restricted within the yellow line with 3 motorboats patrolling the area.  Techs and sloops will be given out on a lottery basis.  In order to take out a Tech or Sloop, you must attend a night sail orientation to be held before the event or hold a J or Keelboat skipper rating.
